Evelina Kolchinsky of Andover, MA, designs hats and jewelry for the woman who likes a bit of attention. Her style and technique were influenced by many creative and ingenious artisans in London, Prague, Paris, and the small towns and remote villages of Nepal, China, Tanzania, and Italy. Evelina has studied traditional millinery techniques in England with Mrs. Rose Cory, who for 40 years created hats for the late Queen Mother. Evelina teaches jewelry courses in the greater Boston area.
