RETURN POLICY All custom jewelry and all hats created by The Evelina Collection are made per order, therefore refunds are not possible. However, please be assured that it is our goal to satisfy our customers. All the items, jewelry and hats, are made by hand, one piece at a time, with an uncompromising attention to design and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your selection, we will be happy to issue a store credit for unused and undamaged merchandize. Shipping charges will not be refunded Please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your purchase, and obtain a return authorization number. Return your purchase to us INSURED. We will issue a store credit as soon as we receive your returned item. SHIPPING You, our customer, will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We will use UPS ground (insured), unless you will instruct us to use another method. If you notice that a package arrived damaged, please do not accept it.
